12-Year Anniversary powered by AKONI

June 27th is the international sunglasses day and also the day we launched our concept 12 years ago in Bucharest! This summer we marked the milestone with a special event in partnership with AKONI, who powered the celebration. 

The "Endless Summer" theme has been our beloved leitmotif since the inception of our boutique, capturing the essence of a certain state of mind, the lightness and joie de vivre of summer days taken with you throughout the seasons. 

To set the perfect atmosphere, we adorned our terrace and curated a special Spotify playlist. The celebration was an intimate gathering filled with laughter and lively conversations among friends of sunglasscurator. A wonderful blend of style and relaxation, with friends and customers mingling under the warm sun.

This year, we've revamped our online platform, introduced a new brand, Peter and May, and renewed our collaboration with Thom Browne. We're proud to continue expanding our global reach, with customers across over 75 countries spread on all continents.
